The game is called "The Credit/Blame Game".
You may not be aware that you are playing the game until your eyes are opened.
Then you will be fully aware.

It goes like this:
1. All is going well, production is good, saftey goal is met-- management gets the credit.
2. Problems occur, low production, accidents happen-- hourly gets the blame.
