Don't Oversleep- Unless You Are Salaried ?

Counce mill is tough on report out policy for hourly employees.
Disiplinary action is being given freely as never before.
If you have to report out sick, late or whatever and fail to do so 4 hours prior to start of your regular scheduled shift you are "BAD EMPLOYEE".
